We believe in using seasonal vegetables and local produce to create sustainably-sourced gourmet food. Some of our products such as Cured Meats, Cheeses, Buckwheat, and Polenta Flour come directly from Valtellina (Italian Alps) where Mirco was born.
The menu changes regularly depending on seasonality and the ingredients that are available to us. The menu is kept small with added daily specials, so as not to compromise on the craft of Italian cooking. Our ethos is simple: to serve traditional Italian recipes that reflect Italian culture and Mirco’s love of home.
